I’m not exactly sure where to post this, but I think it would be here?

I just got off birth control in December after having laparoscopic surgery (to confirm I have endometriosis). I had my period after getting off birth control on December 21. I started taking ovulation tests on CD 10 just in case my cycle started back again, even though I knew it would not be likely. I got a negative ovulation test every day from CD 10 all the way to CD 20 and decided to give up this cycle since I figured it just wouldn’t happen this time. Well, I don’t know what made me, but yesterday, on CD 23, I just felt this urge to take another ovulation test. I was just curious. So this is what I got. Is this a positive ovulation test? If so, when am I likely to ovulate? I got it yesterday at about 4:00PM. I know since this is our first cycle trying, especially with an endometriosis diagnosis, I’m trying to not get my hopes up, but I got so excited after literally getting 10 days worth of negative ovulation tests.

Opinions and tips are appreciated as I am very new to this TTC journey!
