Tummy time concern

Hey mamas! My little girl is gonna be 15 weeks old tomorrow, and whenever we do tummy time she screams bloody murder. She HATES it! I figured it would get better but it hasn’t. She doesn’t even last a whole 60 seconds before I flip her over because she gets so pissed. I googled it and google said she should be able to do about 30 minutes! Is this normal? Should I call and make an appt before her 4th month appt in the middle of Feb? Thanks for the advice!
