Help a SAHM I'm sick

So I need some advice. Pretty sure my 2 year old and 9 month old and me have COVID. We can't find tests anywhere my toddler has been diagnosed with croup had a round of steroids. I have had a 100 fever for 6 days now. Husband took off work one day and almost lost his job because he's healthy. Under new COVID rules he doesn't have to quarantine.

I'm up all day and night and I'm so sick. My husband is gone around 12 hours a day. What the heck do I do anymore I'm in tears and I'm shaking from the fever. I'm thinking of putting a mattress on the living room floor so I can lay down and putting a baby gate up. So the kids can both be held at the same time I can nurse lay and they can climb up and down turn TV on and keep everyone safe while laying down.

My 2 year old his fever has broken thank god it was 103. But he is just a hot mess he won't sleep unless he is being held and I have a fever and cough so no one is sleeping.

Does anyone have any advice? Husband will be home Saturday and Sunday so I just need to get through today. Please help. Be kind I'm sick. I have made sure everyone is getting fluids around the clock meds and have had virtual doctor appointments for the kids.
