For those who have had planned c-sections, internet says baby will be out within like 10 minutes but that surgery will be 60-90 minutes. When do you get to hold your baby?

I had an emergency c-section with my first and was shaking so bad and my arms were so numb that I couldn’t lift them at all. I couldn’t hold my baby for a few hours after. I don’t know if they gave me different drugs since it was an emergency or what caused the numbness. Just trying to figure out what to expect this time!
