I like it. You can communicate with the shopper. 
If the store doesn’t have an item you’ve selected or paid for … they’ll contact you and ask you if you want an replacement or a refund. They’ll send you picture of the items that the store actually has in the store at the moment. 
If u don’t respond to the replacement text , then they’ll pick up the closest thing that resembles the item you’ve selected.

I’ve been a shopper and I also use it. I like it. But as a shopper I know the importance of picking replacements and watching your phone during the shopping process so you can approve any needed replacements.

Half the time products that I want are “unavailable” and I’m asked if I want to switch it with something else and usually my answer is no. I don’t know if the product is truly unavailable or if the shopper is trying to hurry and can’t find it quick enough. And whenever I get produce it’s hardly picked with thought and I get old looking/feeling fruits and veggies.
