35 weeks question

I’m 35 weeks pregnant today and tonight I’ve started having some on and off cramping/braxton Hicks but slightly painful and lower than normal…nothing horrible or anything. We’ve been tracking and they’re about every 10 minutes and have been going about an hour. Obviously I’m not super concerned but I haven’t had consistent ‘contractions’ like this until tonight. I’ve been drinking tons of water and they’re not going away (not getting worse). I knows it’s super early but this being my second baby I just don’t know what to think. The car seat isn’t installed and we haven’t packed a single thing. Just looking for some thoughts/opinions. Thanks!

If the intensity increases definitely make the call to L&D or doctor- also the recommendation is have everything ready (carseat and bag) by 37 weeks because no one will try to "stop" you if you go into labor.

I think we’ll be packing and installing the car seat tomorrow just to be safe 😅

There are two supplements you can take that will help stop them - contract easy and utrophin. You can also take a high dose of magnesium or Epsom salt baths to see if that will help.
