Sooo we are giving a down payment of $80,000 cash to some owners we wanna buy their mobile home. The only thing I wanna know if theirs a difference between going with a notary or having the same agreement written down on paper with everyone’s signatures and IDs? My husband says he will only continue with the mobile home if everyone agrees to go with a notary. But is not the same thing? Like for example signatures , ID everyone will have their copy and stuff? Or is it better to go with a Notary
