Headache with shoulder and neck aches that started 11 days post c section?

Did anyone else experience similar and any remedies? Neurofen helps the headache. Paracetamol isn't strong enough. Currently 15 days post section.

Could also be a spinal headache. It’s a terrible headache that makes your head feel like it’s carrying 1000 pounds and only gets better by laying flat
