FTM, 35 weeks+

Last 3 days I've had shooting pains around vagina/butt area and can only sleep almost sitting up so resorted to the sofa. Today these have increased along with lower back pain, hard stomach (which has also dropped), pelvic pain, loose bowels and cramping which is on and off with no pattern. I'm so uncomfortable and confused as I don't know what's going on 😫. Last midwife was 2 weeks ago and told me baby is on the bigger side and is 4/5 engaged so I've got a scan due next week.

Any advice on what's happening or what I can do to feel comfortable?
