At home fetal doppler: safe?

How often did you use/are you using your at-home doppler? I have read some sites say 5 minutes every other day, some every day. I just got mine and am almost 10 weeks. I have found and heard baby’s heartbeat easily every time I’ve used it so far so I am really happy with it. I know it’s her because it’s over 150bpm and I can definitely tell the difference in it and my own heartbeat. We know the baby is a girl because we had the embryo tested before IVF transfer so I love to make sure she is okay. It’s just so nice to hear after years of failures.

I use mine every day or every other day until I can feel movement. I just use it long enough to find the heartbeat and then turn it off. Only a couple minutes tops.

I used it earlier in my pregnancy but now that I’m 32 weeks and he moves every day, I don’t use it anymore.

I’ve been using it twice a week and when I find the baby I listen for no more than 30 seconds just for reassurance. I had a missed miscarriage before so I personally love using it. Last pregnancy I used it from 9 weeks until I could feel movement and listened a few times a week as well.

I still use mine . & I’m currently 28 weeks pregnant i use it occasionally maybe 1-2 times a week i have a really lazy girl there will be days i feel No movement at all so it freaks me out .
