Is it possible to have a period very early in pregnancy?

I had a period from Jan 2-7, it was 4 days late but relatively normal. This past week, I have been very irritable, breasts are heavy/full, headaches, and sensitive to smells. But since I had a period, I’m unsure if there is even a chance. What are your thoughts?

Given when ur period was, what ur experiencing now could be due to ovulation, granted ur not on hormonal birth control.

You can’t have a period BUT you can have bleeding that’s mistaken as a period. When I was pregnant with my first I probably would have mistaken the bleeding I had as a period if I hadn’t known I was pregnant.

If you are pregnant it would not have been a period. You cannot have a period when you're pregnant although you can have spotting.. Rising progesterone causes all of these symptoms your speaking of.
