Wart or what?

Does anyone know if this is a wart? I popped it on my butt and it’s kinda hard and it bleed a lot 
No pus came out just blood

Looks like a cyst. Warts don’t pop. Depending on where it was it could have also been a small lipoma but most likely a cyst
