My little girl is in the Nicu due to Jaundice , her bilirubin was at a six 24hrs after her birth and it needed to be a 5.2 . My milk hadn’t really came in and I requested that we receive a supplement like formula after 2 days of being at the hospital they are just now giving it to me she went for a 6 to an 11 this all could’ve been prevented had they taken my concerns lightly. As an apology they have allowed me to board in postpartum free of charge until my baby girl is discharged , Meals etc covered . I’m hoping she will be going home with us tomorrow.
