Chubby neck creases are cute until they trap sweat and milk 😒

I think I see a rash starting on my baby’s neck. I try to keep it clean because he drools a lot when eating so I wipe his neck with water wipes (aside from bath time) and then try to pat dry it as much as possible but it’s hard because his neck has so many creases. I’ve applied Aquafor too so his clothes don’t rub on it and irritate it further. It’s been a few days and while it’s not getting worse, it’s not going away.

Any tips?
