8 dpo and getting bfns

I know it's 2 early to get an accurate test but I feel like I'm out already. Clear negatives and a huge feeling of doubt. Not sure why I'm beating myself up about this as I'm not out till AF starts, I dno I just don't think it's going to happen :( I don't feel well at all hoping it's a positive, no implantation bleeding either which fills me with more doubt :( just need to talk about it so I get it off my head!
