My stomach keeps tightening, and getting really hard!!! I have lightening like cramps in my belly when this occurs. Are these Braxton Hicks?

A good way to tell is to time them. If they are regular and getting more intense, they are likely uterine contractions. Another easy to tell if to try some things generally make braxton hicks better... like a warm bath, a gentle walk, changing positions, drinking a few cups of water, etc. Uterine contractions will continue to happen regardless of these attempts.
