If I got pregnant once can I again?

We conceived 4 years ago but decided to have he abortion pill. We just weren't ready and I have regretted it ever since. My doctor said we shouldn't have trouble and the abortion would effect anything. This is out 13th month trying. I use opks on and off so some months I might have just missed the egg. I'm so sad and worried.
