The pp stage has not been without struggles for me. Ppd hit me hard and I’m trying my third med since having baby.

He was super colicky but it’s finally starting to calm down.

He’s growing up so quickly and he is just the most handsome thing! I’m so happy he’s in my life ❤️ how is everyone else fairing?

Such a cutie! Glad you’re doing well.Same boat. It’s taken me a couple med changes to start to get me back to “even,” but baby smiles and giggles make it all worth it. Still have some PPA and mood swings but not nearly as bad. Little girl is a sweetie and only wants her mama, which makes me smile 💕

Oh I’m sure that was awful! Mine is still around germs haha but at the beginning of the pandemic I would have had full-blown panic attacks lol

I’m glad things are going a little better for you! We went to daycare for the first time last week, and are home this week because of a COVID exposure in her room 🤦🏼‍♀️ Dropping her off at daycare was so so hard for me, I just miss spending all day with my girl!

I work seasonally so only have her in daycare until mid April, knowing it’s temporary is the only thing getting me through!

Strong mama. I have no idea how I’d leave him at daycare right now!!

Hopefully this third time does the trick and no more trying to find the right fit. I hope all is well and starting to level out ❤️ he is absolutely handsome. PPD can be a tough journey and if you ever need anything or somebody to talk to, I’m here. It’s so nice to see your post and to hear you’re doing well 😊. My girl turns 4 months on the 21st! At first adjusting to being a mom, since this is my first, was quite hard. I thought my SO and I made the wrong choice by having a baby because I just couldn’t adjust, it was so hard, but my oh my was I wrong…there’s nothing like being a mommy. I wouldn’t trade this for the world. Only difference in my life now is my friends have kinda just disappeared, an adjustment but who needs friends! Lol. This year we buy our first house so stuff is beginning to look up. Here’s my girly 💕

My baby is a month older but was part of the Sep. group. Here he is about to take his first flight.

I had bad PPA mostly revolving around the lack of sleep and going to sleep. I was prescribed 2 medications but I never ended up taking them because I’m really ocd about anything passing through my breast milk to my baby, even though those were considered highly safe lol. But thankfully we’ve been getting a lot more sleep now so it’s mostly gone
