I am 37 and 5 weeks pregnant after having 4th degree tear with my first.

Not sure if it played a role but we used Conceive+ lubricant and got preggo on 5th cycle. I had a 4th degree tear with my first and I still have issues so likely will be having a Csection this time...has me kind of freaked out. Anyone else have another baby after suffering a 4DT?
