So two Fridays ago, I went to my 37wk appt per usual, and found out that I was 3cm and already starting to efface some 😳 went home and later lost part of my mucus plug. Not too big of a deal... Right? 😅

Cue this last Thursday, I'm 38 wks and had my doctor check me again. Someone tell me how the HELL I managed to progress to 5 cm and 50% effacement in only 6 days!! Because of that rather quick development, I got to go hang out at L&D triage for monitoring for the rest of the day 🙄 After 4 hours of no change I was sent home, but I'm literally so close to active labor that doing anything physically could trigger it.

Mind y'all, I'm not due for another 10 days 😅 This is literally the fastest my body has ever prepared for birth and I'm NOT ready for this 😰
