I did and ended up back in the hospital with a high fever and infection exactly a week after delivering.

I ended up back in the hospital with a UTI that had traveled to my kidneys just 3 days after my daughter was born. I had to stay for 3 days it was horrible.

I didn't have an epidural but I had a uti after giving birth. I think it's just a lot of stress on your urinary tract. I didn't have a catheter either.
