I think I spelled it wrong but I'm 14 weeks and Have really bad Huperemesis and Don't know what I need to do everything I eat and snack on doesn't seem like it's either staying or it's enough any moms have any ideas of food options I could try ... With like 2 or 3 snacks and 3 meals
