Fire ants in apartment

Anyone else experiencing this? What can I do?

In my apartment, we are having issues with fire ants coming in. Let me first say, I am a VERY clean person and I sanitize and clean and sweep constantly throughout the day. I know that in the winter and when it gets cold, bugs like to come in but it’s getting so bad. I’ve had the complex send people out to come spray but it’s getting worse over the past few weeks. I’ve used bait, spray and the people who come in also have done that as well. But they keep getting worse.

They are coming in through my dishwasher (no food or anything is in the bottom), in my cabinets and pantry, somehow they are finding a way in my bathroom? I seriously think they are in the walls!

I wouldn’t normally post something like this but I’m very allergic to fire ants and when I get bit, it bruises and swells 3x more than a normal bite would. I’m in agony. I have a newborn here and my fiancé (both haven’t been bit, thank god) and they are only biting me.

It’s really taking a toll on my mental health being bit and in pain and having to constantly spray my apartment down and worry if an ant is going to bite my baby.

What do I do?
