What was your experience with the miles circuit?

Did it turn your baby? (If so, what position was your baby in when you started, and did they stay in the optimal position if achieved?) Did it cause you to go into labor?

It helped me move my baby from off center in my pelvis to more centered in it. Didnt turn her from ROA to LOA but helped with my hip pain. Definitely didn’t do anything for labor as I’ve past my due date and have next to no dilation

Do not do the miles circuit unless your obgyn or midwife recommends it. 
If you are trying to start labor on your own, do lots and lots of walking , curb walking, sex, and nipple stimulation. 
If you want your labor to start, ask your provider for a membrane sweep. It works for some (worked for me) but it doesn’t work for everyone
