Abnormal bleeding I guess

TMI… So a few days ago I had sex and a couple of hours latter I went to the restroom to pee and I saw a lot of blood. Like not even period-like-normal, there was even a tiny blood clot, but I never got a spot or dripping while sleeping, it was like it was holding somewhere until I went to the restroom. I never expected pain or anything during sex, it was very very enjoyable!!!! Also, in the years of sex experience I had never experienced something similar, not even when I’m not in the mood and my v is just kinda of dry..

the following day we had sex again, and same thing happened but not as much as the first time. I called to see a gynecologist, but next available appointment is in 3 months. Should I get that checked out sooner? Should I not worry? I was looking on the Internet and honestly, I’m kinda scared…
