I started a new pill Sunday before last, and then on the next Saturday I had sex without a condom with my partner. I realized later that it hadn’t been the full 7 days that the pack recommends. How much did I screw up? Should I be worried?

I was on cycle day 6 the day I started if that makes a difference. It’s been so long since I’ve been on the pill & I just wasn’t thinking. I feel like an idiot
