Braxton Hick and Contractions
Can anyone describe what Braxton Hicks feel like? I know Contractions are a more intense version and you’re not normally able to talk through them.
I think I’ve had some Braxton Hicks, but I’m not sure. I’ve heard they can be lower in your abdomen and resemble period cramps??
Sorry for sounding ignorant, but I’m a FTM 😅
