Hi guys! So I’ve been on the pill since my daughter was born in 2019. I just got off in November. So far my luteal phase has only been 10 days long according to the app. This week I haven’t stopped cramping (ranging in severity) since I stopped my period. I had egg-white discharge but that hasn’t stopped either. I’m not sure what’s going on. Any advice?

Ps. My doctor wasn’t concerned since it has been through a lot in the last 2 years (her words)

Also, I’m trying to get pregnant. Last time I got off the pill I got pregnant within 2 months.
