Clear discharge after Plan B

I took plan b about two weeks ago and I’m having some clear sticky discharge now. From Thursday to Sunday I had the withdrawal bleed you can sometimes get with plan B that was very heavy. My boyfriend and I had sex on Friday and Sunday. Is this just a normal reaction to the plan B?
