Spotting one week after sex

Has anyone had spotting a week after sex and became pregnant? My husband did finish in me for the first time off birth control. It’s too early to be my period because it just ended a week ago and my cycle has been strictly on the same schedule for years. Even when I was on bc. I’ve never had spotting like this before and I’m 23.
