Is this finally it?!

I had on and off pink spotting for around 5-7 days, and I mean like literally one spot a day when I wiped. Been needing to have a wee constantly more than normal, my nipples feel odd and I’ve had no cramping whatsoever, I’m meant to be due on in 4 days but my period is irregular anyway. I took this, this morning and within the time frame, I know it’s hard to make out etc, but it definitely is there, it’s very very faint but it is blue, it’s not grey. Just want opinions please, I’m too scared to get hopes up, been trying for 4 years now. But I just feel different
