I’m 10 dpo today and got my faint positive test two days ago.. very faint and today I am having a lot of anxiety.. I have very bad shoulder and neck pain and me being so worried about having a miscarriage again I’ve saw that shoulder pain is associated with ectopic pregnancy.

So now I am worrying myself too death.

Cause I get pain like this sometimes from sleeping a certain way.. keep in mind it’s my shoulder and neck and the pain will radiate down into my right arm.. maybe I’m over reacting but I need some advice/reassurance! ❤️
