I have a lot of questions so if someone could please help me out I'd really appreciate it!

So last night my almost 2yo (birthday in 15 days) figured out how to climb up her crib railing and straddle it, she also fell. we're gonna go ahead and transition her to a toddler bed but 1.how do i make her room safer? .we don't spend any time in there, all her toys are in the living room and she only sleeps in her room. 2.Do i take her books out (she has a bunch, it would be a mess) and there's a power strip for her noise machine. 3.Do i just tuck it behind her dresser and remove anything that could hurt her or make a huge mess that will keep her up at night? 4. Is this now the time to add a comforter set and pillow or just keep her normal fitted sheet and baby blanket? And last one 5. Ive ordered the part for her toddler bed but haven't gotten it yet so I'm putting her in the P&P at night, is that best or should i take the crib mattress out and put it on the floor for her to sleep on until the part gets in? 😅 😅 😅 I know this is ridiculous but she's our 1st and i wasn't gonna transition her yet so I'm clueless as to how to do it
