Do you get shots at 4 yr check up??

CDC just says At 4-6 years of age, your child should receive vaccines to protect them from the following diseases: Diphtheria, tetanus, and whooping cough (pertussis) (DTaP) (5th dose) Polio (IPV) (4th dose) Measles, mumps, and rubella (MMR) (2nd dose)

You can usually pick to get them done at the 4 or 5 year check up. It’s just two shots plus influenza if you want it. Kinrix (diphtheria tetanus pertussis and polio) and MMRV (measles mumps rubella and varicella)

Took the kiddo in for her 4 yr well check. They said she's UTD on all her vaccinations, just due for the flu shot. So we got that. Next well check in a year.

Yes, my oldest got 3 shots at his 4 year old well child visit. The good news is that after that they are done for a little while.
