Is this appropriate to have the room like this

I was working at a facility and there was a notice that a woman has died in this room. She died last Friday and her room looked like this since then. Some of my co-workers have told me that some of the units haven’t been cleaned in weeks. I’ve even caught some co-workers taking items from the deceased without calling their family to see if they would want it. There’s been multiple complaints on the place that they haven’t kept the place clean and a few other things. I haven’t worked there long and this shocks me to see that they’ve left the room like this for about a week. There was roaches on the ground, pills, dirt, diapers, someone’s face mask, cards from her family, the bed was ripped a bit, rotted oranges, straws, eating utensils, etc.
