Natural Remedies for UTI?

I may or may not have a UTI (If so, this would be my First One) . I have frequent urination urgencies but literally only a bit comes out. A bit cloudy bc since noticing I have up my intake on water but other than that everything else is pretty normal. Are there any natural remedies i could try? I don’t want to go to the doctors bc i don’t wanna risk my body getting to point where antibiotics won’t even work.

Cranberry juice does NOT cure UTIs. Research suggests it *might* be a little helpful at preventing them. That’s all. If it is a UTI, you need antibiotics otherwise the infection can spread to your kidneys and cause a whole host of problems way bigger than antibiotic resistance.
