Okay idk

Ok so I had a male friend come over and in my sleep he was touching me and it felt good or what not then he held my hands and forced his self in me … im a virgin I kept telling him to stop but I think he thought I was playing but I was screaming telling him to… so he came and I watched him catch all of it in his hand and there was nothing on the bed or sheets either . I think I ovulated yesterday because I was having some cramping on the right side. I just wanna know if I should still get a plan B or night or if I’ll be fine. Im hiding in the bathroom bc I don’t want to see his face or talk to him and he keeps saying his bad … I don’t want kids im not ready for kids and I also have literally no parental support. Then at that I don’t want any with him .. I’m just scared ….
