Looks like you likely ovulated yesterday (before the spike) but need two more temps to confirm 
You also would benefit from a bbt thermometer that goes to 4 digits

Update: so glow is saying I ovulated 01/18 but FF says I ovulated 01/21. Based off previous months my period should be due anywhere from today until Sunday. 
So my question is which day was I more likely to have ovulated?

You need Fertility friend app. Put your temp in and it will let you know if you ovulated or not. Glow sucks with bbt. Did you use opks and if so what day did you get a positive?
