Is this dry skin?

Does this look like dry skin? I’ve tried aveeno and coconut oil but none seem to be helping much

Put some baby oil on it and leave it for 10 minutes.  Then gently scrape the loose dry skin off.  Do this every day until it goes away.  It works.  Recently did it for my daughters face and scalp.

Tubby Todd all over ointment was a lifesaver for my newborn he had baby acne and cradle cap. We washed his face every other day and would softly exfoliate the dead skin off with a washcloth. Then put the ointment on him twice a day. Within 2 days it was completely gone.

It's cradle cap. Baby oil before a bath and use a baby hair brush and brush it...also after bath use more baby oil....a little goes a long ways...my baby the stuff comes off easy enough just by brushing it...know that the baby's hair will most likely fall off if there's some on his head and that's normal. It looks like it can easily fall off right now anyways so...I'd brush it off soon so it doesn't fall in his eyes

My little guy has similar to that in between his eyebrows. I use baby balm and it’s been helping!

Looks like cradle cap, which you can get on other parts of your body too!
