Grinding teeth?

Question

My babe is 9 months and has 6 teeth (Top 4 and two front bottom.)
I’ve noticed this last week he’s grinding his teeth which I don’t k is why he’s doing that 😖
Will he eventually stop that? Can I go anything to help him stop?

They stop. Our daughter did it for awhile then randomly stopped.

Lol I hated that! It’s a phase like others have said because the teeth are new. My son did it for a week, stopped for a little, did it for a week, stopped again and did it a little bit. Hasn’t done it since. You can try to redirect them by giving them a teething toy or something, but it likely won’t help 😂

I grind my teeth without noticing and grind my teeth in my sleep because my top jaw is too big for my bottom jaw and my teeth don’t sit together properly. Done this since I was a kid apparently.

It’s just a phase. Mine always did it when they were working on more teeth. It makes me cringe every time I hear it!

It's a phase! Don't give it any attention. Babes doing it because the teeth are new. Our pediatric dentist said the more attention you give it the more babe will do it. There isn't anything you can do to make them stop. They will stop on their own. My daughter is almost 3 with perfect teeth
