Anyone that has been in my situation what did you do

I have PCOS and it took me 5 years and 3 rounds of icsi/<a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">ivf</a> to get our little boy

I don't get regular periods however I have just found out this morning that I'm pregnant, I cannot believe it!!!

However I have no idea how far along I am, I remember my last period being 31st October, but i can't remember if I had another one after that, so I couldn't even guess how far along I am, how do others in this situation deceiver how far along they were?
