I’m 11 weeks today, and throughout the day I have 0 energy. Even going to the store with my fiancé takes a lot of convincing. I just feel a constant wave of fatigue and sickness. Been throwing up at least once a week but almost always at night, so sleep is often times impossible. I just don’t know what to do! I feel bad because I know my fiancé misses going out and doing things but I just feel so stuck..
