31 TTC for baby #1 for 12 months

Hi all!

Just curious to everyone’s experience. Over the past 3 days I’ve experienced what I’m pretty sure is intergestion, pains in my chest when I’m eating or shortly following eating. I’ve never experienced intergestion before and wondered if it’s an early symptom of pregnancy?
