I highly recommend the “Haakaa pump” honestly you’ll be amazed i use this more than my electric pump

No you wouldn't necessarily leaked that much. A haakaa creates a vacuum that pull more milk out. 
If you are to bottle feed be sure to pace feed bottles. A feeding should typically take 10-20 minutes. Also when you give a bottle be sure that you pump to replace the feed you just bottle fed, if not your supply may drop.
