Hi, so I have been spotting for 7days+ no cramps nothing, also haven’t gotten my period this month. This is not normal for me. I either bleed a lot, (once a month or twice a month) or not at all and have the worst cramps. During the period it will last 7 to 8 days and there is no spotting before, during, or after my period. I have been off of BC for over a year now so could it be my body still trying to go back to normal? Also, my cycle never changed while I was on BC, it stayed the exact same way before BC.
