Missed Period

Heyyoo everyone!

Need some help/advice :)

I haven’t gotten my period this month, but after sex I’ve noticed a bit of blood three nights during this week that I was supposed to have my period.

I took a test and the first one was inconclusive, so I took another one and it was negative.

Had sex last night and again there was some bleeding (more than the other two times I have noticed blood after sex) and then this morning got up expecting to have started my period.. nothing. No blood, no spotting. Nothing.

Any ideas on what this could be?? Should I count my period as having started when I first saw spotting??
