Best diaper bag for 2?

I have a 2.5 year old (he’ll be 3 when the baby gets here) and due in June with another boy. I tend to over pack and don’t want to carry 2 bags everywhere. Best durable diaper bag or backpack for 2? 😁

I like the Vera Bradley book bag diaper bags because you can throw them in the wash. It’s lasted me 5 years with my son and now I’m having another boy. It’s also comfortable for long walks and hikes. No shoulder pain. One arm bags are too bulky for me and hurt my arm and neck.

I have 2 boys, 3 years apart as well. I started out with a duffle looking one with the shoulder strap. Once my older one was potty trained and the baby was a little older about 6 months or so I switched over to backpack style. I traveled with a smaller cannister of formula and kept refilling it, Water bottle, bottle, extra pair of clothes, 3 diapers, wipes and cream, baggie for soiled items, extra underwear and pants for my older one, wallet, and a snack for the older one.
Tip: have an extra day bag in your car with a few diapers, extra clothes for both boys, burp rag, wipes, plastic bag (soiled clothes)... you eventually won't need to really pack extra clothes for older one in the diaper bag (just snacks) bc you can always default to going back to the car with your extra day bag!
Boys are 2 and 5 now and we use my sons old preschool backpack... 2 diapers, baggie, wipes, snacks, tablets, drinks on the side 😉

I have a vera bradley backpack that isnt specifically for diapers but it's the best bag I've had 🤷🏻‍♀️ I've used it continuously since I had my second baby almost 2 years ago

i use a cold bag for groceries. keeps everything i need and keeps me from overpacking because it’s not huge lol
