Period clot size poll

Everything online always says your clots shouldn’t be larger than a quarter but I’ve honestly had larger clots all of my life and I’m in my 30s. My flow is pretty average. I change my pad/tampon every few hours. Clots have never seem like an issue to me so I’ve always wondered why everything online always makes it sound like there’s something wrong with you if you have large clots lol. What about you?
