hypnobabies vs hypnobirthing class?

Hi has anyone in this group taken either of these courses? i’m leaning more towards hypnobabies! Also, when did you start these classes? I am 22 weeks & want to start planning for a natural water birth so any advice is awesome. 💕

Hypnobabies is more "serious" than Hypnobirthing, if that makes sense? Hypnobirthing moreso prepares you for a calm birth in which you're listening to your body and following its cues, Hypnobabies prepares you to truly enter hypnosis. It will also depend on the teacher and your commitment to preparation and practice! Both are great programs. 💜

I did it with my 2nd. A lot of people like it, but I felt like it was a complete waste of time. Birth is such a natural thing, it’s about listening to your body and giving in instead of fighting it. On my 4th now and still don’t see the point in it.
