Congestive heart failure symptoms?

If you’ve had congestive heart failure during pregnancy what were your symptoms? If you had it after delivery, did you have symptoms during pregnancy that could have predicted that you would experience it,

The past two days I’ve been experiencing pain in my chest (not heartburn) and pain on left side of my back. It doesn’t last but will come and go. I’m 21 weeks pregnancy and I just got done doing the dishes and was very shaky. My blood sugar was normal. I’ve also been shaky in the mornings especially with more movement.
